Tantricluck (“we,” “us”) operates the Tantricluck mobile app and this website at tantricluck.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or site.
Summary
- Profile data (name, date of birth) you enter in the app is stored on your device, not on our servers for numerology readings.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Information the app stores on your device
When you use Tantricluck, the app may store locally on your iPhone:
- Profile names and dates of birth you create
- Your selected active profile and app preferences (for example, first-launch and rating prompts)
- Numerology results derived from the information above
This data stays on your device unless you delete the app, delete profiles in the app, or use device features (such as backup or transfer) that copy app data according to Apple’s policies.
Information we do not collect for readings
Core numerology features work without sending your profile or birth date to our servers. We do not require an account to use the app.
When you contact us
If you email us (for example at app@tantricmate.com through the in-app mail sheet or your own email app), we receive whatever you choose to send (such as your email address and message content). We use that only to respond and improve support. Do not send sensitive health or financial information.
Website
This marketing site may be hosted on WordPress. Your hosting provider and WordPress may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and operation. Check your host’s privacy policy for details. We do not use this site to collect app profile data.
App Store
Downloads and updates are handled by Apple. Apple’s privacy policy applies to App Store transactions and device services: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Children
Tantricluck is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help you remove it where applicable.
Data retention and deletion
- App: Delete profiles in the app or uninstall the app to remove on-device data.
- Email: We retain support emails only as long as needed for correspondence and reasonable business records.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to a local-first app. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
International users
If you access the app or site from outside the United States, you understand that contact emails may be processed in the United States or where our email provider operates.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
